Choco-Cherry Smoothie

Looking for a quick healthy meal replacement that tastes great?    If you enjoy chocolate shakes this is the recipe to try.  This is also a great way to get some greens in your kids without the fuss that usually goes along with children eating their veggies.  I hope you like it!!

Prep Time: 10 minutes             Total Time: 10 minutes          Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup Frozen Cherries

1 Cup Raw Spinach

1 Banana

1 1/2 Cup Full Fat Unsweetened Coconut Milk

2 TBSP Ground Flax Seed

4 TBSP Chocolate Protein Powder (I like Vega All-in-One Shake)

1 Cup Ice

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender such as a Vitamix and blend on high until smooth.

Enjoy!
