Coconut Milk Yogurt
2 cans organic coconut milk, full fat
2 TBSP honey
1 1/2 tsp gelatin
1 non-dairy yogurt starter or probiotic capsule
I used my Instant Pot to make my yogurt. You can also use a dehydrator if you have one.
Heat coconut milk in your instant pot using the saute setting until it reaches 180 degrees.
