Rocking Raspberry Smoothie
There are many benefits of adding raspberries to your diet. They are high in antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and they are very beneficial in aiding weight loss, supporting the immune system, and even fighting cancer and chronic illness. Raspberries fall into the category of low-sugar berries allowing them to be enjoyed even while on a reduced carbohydrate diet.

Gluten Free Dairy Free Nut Free
1 1/2 cup organic raspberries, frozen
1 banana, frozen
1/2 organic red apple, with peel, cored and sliced
1 cup organic spinach or kale
1/4 cup coconut milk yogurt
2 TBSP flax seed, ground
1 1/2 cup coconut milk
2 TBSP protein powder, (optional)
Place all ingredients in a Vitamix or other high powered blender and blend well. Enjoy!!
